Southeast Georgia Communities Project Inc. is a non-profit agency in Lyons GA. They primarily serve the Hispanic migrant & seasonal farm workers. TEMA offers varied services, including health education, ESL classes, citizenship classes, interpretation, emergency food & clothing, and limited legal and tax advice. |

EL TEMA
Health Fair SEGCP held its annual Farm Worker Health Fair this past year on April 12,2003 at the Lyons City Gym. This year the fair drew an attendance of over 2,000 Latinos who recieved health education, screening and other services which inculded testing in blood sugar, blood pressure, hearing, as well as HIV testing. The Mexican Consulate was present and issued consular identification cards to almost half of those who attended. A line of more than 250 at 6:00 in the morning waited for the doors to open at 10 a.m.
