Can This Be...
Can this be? Is this true?
I'm losing you under this sky so dark and blue.
There are no words to explain how I feel.
I can't let you go, please tell me this isn't real.
It hurts me to know we end this way
But life goes on, I'll see another day.
As I depart from your heart so cold,
I know my love for you will never grow old.
I will remember you always, forget you never.
I'll think of all the times we spent together.
When I needed you most, you were there.
When I felt all alone, you showed me you cared.
When I was lost, you led me through,
Held my hand,..." I am with you."
You were my best friend, the one I could trust,
and carried me ahead when the roads got too rough.
A proof of love, I gave you my heart,
though sadly now, it has been torn apart.
We said we would be forever,
even after the days of our death.
But it all seems so different,
as you take your last breath.
Do me a favor, once you leave,
up into the sky, where I know you will be,
when my day comes, will you please wait,
until the moment I reach the golden gates?
Once I am there, we will reunite,
and walk along the white clouds as I hold you tight.

My One True Love
As I sit here missing you
I feel your love so strong and true
I know that this hurt will go away
Because our love will last, it's here to stay
Never before have I felt a love so clear
Now the pain is all gone, I have nothing to fear
I will be with you, and I will go never
Because I am yours forever and ever
As I roll through the tumbleweed we call life
I can't think of anything else than you by my side
to have just a moment with you, I want so bad
It doesn't matter whatever you do, I won't get mad
Is my dream my reality, my life feels brand new
All that I ask is you feel the same
Forever and ever just like today!

Every Thing You Do
I was sitting here thinking of the words I want to say, but they just wouldn't come out right, so I found a different way, I came to this web site and started to type, and I wrote this poem for you. Do you think it's tight? There is no way to thank you, for everything you do. For always being nice to me and staying by my side, for helping me fix my problems and never leaving me behind. For accepting my thoughts and feelings, though people do not understand, for never giving up on me, and being my best friend. For making me laugh and letting me cry. Will you miss me, if I were to die? Everything you mean to me, you could never know. In all the ways you've changed my life, I could never show. When you call me teddy bear, I feel like I can hear you from all the way over here, but when I miss you, all I see in my eyes are tears. The way you take care of me (you're my shining star) and I thought...it's so incredible, that's just the way you are. Before I get too mushy, it's time for me to go, but before I leave this loveful page, there's one thing you should know. As long as we are living, no matter when or where, if you ever need me, just call and I'll be there. I'll climb a thousand mountains and swim a thousand seas...anything to be there, cuz you've been there for me.

My Proven Love...
I do believe the Lord above created you for me to love. He picked you out from all the rest because he knew that I'll love you best. I once had a heart and it was true, but now has gone from me to you. Take care of it as I have done, for you have two and I got none. If I should die and you're not there, I'll wait for you at the golden stairs. If you're not there by judgment day, I'll know you went the other way. I'll give the angels back their wings and the golden harp with pearl strings. And trust to show my love is true, I'll go to hell to be with you, we'll spend eternity together and that's how I'll prove my heart has gone from me to you.

I have a feeling to share with you, and I was wondering if you feel it too. I'm afraid to say what it is, what if it doesn't come out right, if only it were easy, oh how I wish.
This feeling I feel is like nothing I have ever known, just to explain it, I wouldn't know.
It's a feeling that with words I couldn't imply.
When it began, I can't recall,
but just to have by you my side, I would give my all.
Could it be? Is it really what I think it is?
Oh yeah, I'm sure, that this feeling, the feeling I have inside, the same feeling I can no longer hide, this feeling which I want to share with you, the feeling I hope you feel... is LOVE.

A Friend
Friends like you are a real joy.
Even though we are separated by many miles, we are as close as any two people can be.
Because you are with me in my thoughts and my heart.
A friend like you is almost too good to be true.
The laughter, the tears, we have been through them over the years.
The lessons we have learned, the time we have been burned.The time we have shared no one could compare, the moments together we have made, those will never fade.
Our FRIENDSHIP can only grow stronger and the years hopefully longer.
I just wanted you to know how much I miss you so.
